Men have an instinctive desire to protect what is closest to them, such as family, jewels, and family jewels. I would say men should have an instinctive desire to protect their wives; to be able to provide love, care, to be faithful and up hold the marriage vow "to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do us part.“ All in all, men should provide not only to their wives but to the family as a whole because both husband and wife has the role to play as family formed.
