Judge made law is a law made by the judge which the decisions mostly taken from previous cases...
Correct?

it's just part a of the answer.it's called declaratory precedent.another one is if the law of rules not exist in the unwritten/common law, in other way of saying is new case largh..tht's when the judge make law too.so this is called original precedent.hehehe
